At Willow Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase, but we understand that sometimes the fit just isn't right. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
